Scenario-Based Training

The "Deal or No Deal" course was designed to equip new solar sales employees with the skills and knowledge needed to successfully close their deals. Utilizing scenario-based training, learners are immersed in realistic situations they may encounter in their day-to-day routine as sales representatives. Through these scenarios, employees learn how to effectively engage with potential clients to close sales and ultimately gain loyal customers.
